Dr. Folly is the founder and Executive President of LWDF. He graduated from the University of Lome in Togo, West Africa with his Medical Doctorate. After moving to the U.S., he attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Tulsa, OK, where he became a Chief Resident during his second year of training. Dr. Folly is currently an attending physician at Saint John ICU and attending physician at Saint Francis Hospital. Born and raised in Togo, West Africa, he has been with LWDF since 2011. He is the father of 4 children and enjoys playing soccer and basketball. He is passionate about helping people. 

Hubert Ekpoh serves as the Executive Vice President and Program Committee Chair of LWDF. He is married and is a loving father of two boys.  He is a Doctor in Pharmacy, and a former student at the University of Missouri - Kansas City Doctor of Pharmacy School in Missouri, USA. He graduated in May, 2015. He loves sports. 

Kristen has been a registered nurse since 2004 and has worked in Labor & Delivery and PACU. She finished graduate school at Frontier Nursing University for her Master's Degree in September 2021 and passed boards as a Certified Nurse Midwife in October 2021. She enjoys playing with her children, dating her husband, knitting, sewing, and volunteering her time and skill by serving on medical mission trips with LWDF. She is a full staff member without a salary.

Angela has worked at Saint Francis Health System for 14 years. She enjoys country living outside of Tulsa with her husband of 17 years. She has 4 daughters and one granddaughter. She enjoys working with hospital staff and improving communication for better outcomes for patients and families. She is a full staff member without a salary.

Gena was born and raised in Arkansas. She and Ken Orr have been married since 1989 and they have 2 grown children, a son, Chris Orr, and a daughter, Jamie Orr, who traveled to Togo in 2016 for the first medical mission trip. Gena is an LCSW therapist with Laureate Outpatient Clinic in Tulsa, OK.  She has volunteered with LWDF since 2015
